Our services  
Design
From our initial briefing to determine your requirements and budget we prepare a design which could be in the form of hand-drawn visuals and drawings, full colour CAD visuals or video walk-through. We then present our proposals and quotation and work with you to ensure it meets your criteria, undertaking all projects with a flexible approach.

Project Management
Once we are awarded the contract we prepare full working drawings in our own studio, manage all paperwork on your behalf, including gaining approval from organisers, method statements, risk assessments and sub-contract orders, keeping you advised at every stage.

Manufacture
Construction is undertaken in-house by our highly accomplished, versatile team all of whom have many years of experience within the exhibition industry. Stands that have been stored from previous exhibitions are refurbished ready for re-installation on site, reconfiguring to a new site area if necessary.

 Install
We transport and install stands at venues throughout the UK and overseas, liaising with organisers and on-site contractors to ensure your stand is completed on time and to the highest possible standard of finish before we hand over to you. At the close of the exhibition, we remove the stand and transport back to our factory where it may be stored for use at future events.

CDL provide a one-stop-shop from brief to breakdown. Through our close relationships with many associates we are able to offer competitive prices for graphics, floorcoverings, audio visual and computer equipment, lighting, PA systems, furniture, floral, etc.

BECA Guarantee
CDL is a full member of The British Exhibition Contractors Association which ensures that members work to the highest professional standards. The BECA Bond is a unique guarantee of completion which protects the exhibitor: if a full member becomes insolvent within seven days of start of build, BECA will arrange for another contractor to complete the work. A unique insurance bond makes good any money that has been paid out.
